List view of timesheets with various sort, filter and search options, as well as the option to export to Excel. 

Search field for free text: Includes search for name, initials, description field in time registration, etc. 

All time registrations are in this list. For administrator users, all time registrations for everyone are displayed. If a user is logged on as a normal user, they will only get their time registrations. 

For use of the approval of hours function. Administrators can activate ‘Approval of hours’ for specific user(s) in ‘Edit profile’. 

Total: Shows hours and total invoiced per employee. 

Not approved: Filters out hours that have not been approved. 

No invoice: Hours that have not been invoiced. 

✓ = Indication in the list of approved hours. 

Button/function for ‘Approval of hours’ can be accessed by selecting one or more time registrations, and then clicking on ‘Save [Marked]’. (This button / function can be activated via the user profile by the administrator).


: Export to grid solution that allows advanced filtering, searching , sorting option in all columns. The column order can be changed with drag&drop of the columns. Own column selector where you can deselect columns in the view using drag&drop. The list/selection can be exported to pdf or to Excel. To return to the normal list view click
