Here you can set up which menus the user will be able to see in the main menu. It may be helpful to make changes here in order to simplify the overview for specific users. For access to the various menus, see separate description under ‘User profiles' → 'Authorisation’.
Among other things, the ‘System’ menu here provides direct authorisation to perform changes in the system/tables.
In addition, simple and advanced invoice control is controlled here (invoice control is created from a received purchase order) as well as invoicing via rental (the Rental/lending module).
