In the article card in edit mode, you can do the following:
Active: Check off here if you want to set an article to inactive. Note: In order to be able to delete an article, it must be set as inactive first. When it has been set as inactive, you will see a delete button on the article card. (Also note that via the mass update function, multiple inactive articles can be deleted in one operation.)
Blocked code: If this is used, the article is blocked against planning work orders, purchases and withdrawals from inventory. The internal article number will also display with red numbers/letters.
Update [WO]: Applies to Cost Price and Selling Price. If this is checked off, cost price and selling price are updated on all planned work orders to which the article is linked.
Expensed: An article can be entered as expensed. Expensed articles will not be included in connection with bundling of transactions 9.9.0 Bundle [List view]
Stocktake [Category]: Can be used to filter out specific articles in connection with the creation of a stocktake list. Stocktake categories are created here: 15.6.4 Stocktake Category
Supplier: If you would like to switch main supplier, you can do this here. Remember to update with the new supplier’s article number, designation and price under ‘Supplier’s article info’.
There is also an option to delete alternative suppliers.
Document: New or already uploaded documents can be uploaded/linked.
Asset: Assets can be linked to the specific article so that it enters the parts list of the selected asset(s).
