List view of storage transactions with various sort, filter and search options, as well as the option to export to Excel.
Search field for free text: Includes searches for article number and article designation, in addition to, among other things, searches for a specific work order, purchase order, inventory order or stocktake list (counting list).
Asset search field: Search for asset number and asset name. Generates a list of transactions that are connected to the selected asset, including all subordinate levels. Separate filtering of articles on this asset only.
If you have the required authorisation, there is also an option here to change/edit a storage transaction with respect to cost carriers. Note that on transactions for which a bundle has been created is not available for change/editing.
New storage transactions can be created from this list view. For details, see separate description.

In ‘Edit profile’, you can display a column for each of the various cost carriers, giving you a full overview in the screen.
Display of the total amount in the transaction list is only visible to administrators or users with access to the invoice control.
Mass update of Cost Carriers on transactions
By marking one or more transactions, a mass update can be made of the ‘Comments field' and all the 'Cost Carriers’. The function is access controlled via [Mass update → Articles].
