You can send an invitation link to Optimaze Worksense directly from the software or you can create an invitation link and share it via email or your organizations communication channel.
If your organization has enabled Enable Sign in with Microsoft or Enable Sign in with Google, Google sign in employees can login directly via ‘Sign-in with Microsoft’on the app or on our website.
Instructions
You must have an ‘Administrator’ role in Optimaze Worksense.
Log in to www.worksense.fi at your web browser
Go to ‘Users’ -tab and click ‘Invite users…’
3. To create an invitation link
Click 'Create invite link' to create a new invitation link and share the link with the employees

Under Invite user write the recipient’s email and click 'Send invite'
