You can send an invitation link to Optimaze Worksense directly from the software or you can create an invitation link and share it via email or your organizations communication channel.

If your organization has enabled Enable Sign in with Microsoft or Enable Sign in with Google, employees can login directly via Sign-in with Microsoft on the app or website.

Instructions

You must have an ‘Administrator’ role in Optimaze Worksense.

  1. Log in to www.worksense.fi at your web browser

  2. Go to ‘Users’ -tab and click ‘Invite users…’

3. To create an invitation link

  1. Click 'Create invite link' to create a new invitation link and share the link with the employees

4. To send an invitation link from Optimaze Worksense

  1. Under Invite user write the recipient’s email and click 'Send invite'
