Roles and user management

You must have Company Admin role in EG Optimaze and Administrator role in EG Worksense to manage users and their roles.

EG Optimaze is used only by the administrators. EG Worksense is used by both administrators and all employees.

You can obtain Worksense administrator access from your organization's Worksense administrator. If you do not know who the administrator in your organization is, or if you need access to the support portal, contact our user support.
