General information about EG Optimaze
“Service” The EG Optimaze service (”Service”) refers to the space facility management service offered by EG Finland Oy. Optimaze is provided by the Supplier. The Service s an easy-to-use modular software that gathers all the customer’s real estate portfolio data on facilities and working environments in one place. The Service can be used from a server through the Internet, in compliance on an online server in accordance with these terms of useservice. The EG Optimaze service is provided in from a secure, audited server environment. The content of the service Service depends on each user’s the User’s access rights and the EG Optimaze service modules used by the customer organization. 2.1 Server environment

3. Rights
The Supplier owns the immaterial property rights and other rights to the Service belong to EG Finland Oy. The data content of the service is the property of the customerCustomer.
4. Responsibility for the content
