There are two options for registering economic consequence. For individual records, the text and amount fields can be completed directly on the non-conformance form. If there are several economic consequences linked to the non-conformance, it is possible to create additional financial records under the Economic consequence tab. It is also possible to edit existing financial records linked to the non-conformance by opening that tab.

The Complete by date field controls the colour of the nonconformity in the nonconformity list. This does not apply to closed nonconformities. Nonconformities that have been processed and closed are green. If a nonconformity has passed its Complete by date, the nonconformity is red in the list. Nonconformities where the Complete by date has not been passed are yellow.
