Actions in connection with the mapping of risk events can be described in two places in the system; in the risk mapping form or as a task.

To create a measure as a task, click New.
Click Click New to create an action as a task.
Complete the fields and save the action task by clicking 
. To cancel editing, click 
.
The action actions appears as a task under the Follow-up tab and in the tasks module.
