Actions in connection with the mapping of risk events can be described in two places in the system; in the form or as a task.
Info: A default task type can be selected in the control panel for each risk type.
To create a measure as a task, click New.
Click New to create an action as a task.
Complete the fields and save the task by clicking 
. To cancel editing, click 
.
The actions appears as a task under the Follow-up tab and in the tasks module.
Info: All tasks created on risk events are displayed in an action plan in the risk module.
