Select Types under Static data configuration in order to list configuration of basic data to view and set up task types.
1. Click Create new new to create a new task type or Edit to edit an existing task typestype.
2. For each task type, there are various configuration options available. You can select whether the type should be visible and available for new registration in the app and whether it should have its own new button. Additionally, you can set a default duration and automatic start date and time. If a checklist should to be linked to all tasks created for this type, you can connect the checklist here. You can also restrict which statuses should be available for this type. If the 'Create Task on Close' feature is enabled, you can create recurring tasks where a new task is automatically generated upon closure of another task.

2. Select settings for the task type. Options available include whether it should be visible in the app, whether the type has its own field configuration or a new button, the default duration and the automatic start date and time. The list of task types has an information field that explains some of the options. Click Click Save to save your settings.
