Basic data is configured in the control panel. Types, categories, statuses, priorities and tags are basic data.
If additional basic data is needed beyond what is available in the static data column, reference fields can be used. Reference fields 1-5 are single-choice fields, while reference fields 6-10 are multiple-choice fields. Single-choice fields allow only one option to be selected in the task form, whereas multiple-choice fields allow multiple options to be selected.
