Order floor plans via Space application

  1. Log in to EG Optimaze

This is an instruction to

  1. Navigate to Space application

  2. Click Floor plan orders on Floors tab

  3. Click New floor plan order
  4. Fill in Floor plan order form
    1. Building:
      1. If the building does not exist yet, write the building name as you want it show in the building list.
      2. If you
order floor plan production as a service. The same order form is used for ordering new floor plans and to
      1. make a change request to an existing
floor.
      1. building, search the correct building.
    2. Attachments:
      1. Required format of the floor plan is DWG or good quality PDF
  2. Click Save

Order floor plans via Moment application

  1. Log in
    Login
  1. to EG Optimaze
  2. Navigate to
    3. Space
  3. Moment application
  4. Click 
    5. Buildings -tab and click + New building... Select Order floor plan production as a service
  5. Registers 
  6. Click New floor plan order
  7. Fill in Floor plan
    8. order
  8. order form
    1. Building:
      1. If the building does not exist yet, write the building name as you want it show in the building list.
      2. If you make a change request to an existing building, search the correct building.
    9. Fill in rest of the form with as detailed information as possible and include attachments.
    2. Attachments:
      1. Required format of the floor plan is DWG or good quality PDF
  10. Click Save

Following up the floor plan orders

  1. To see the status of your order, open the order
  2. If you have any comments or questions about the order, click Add comment
