Our skilled floor plan drawing team helps your company to get detailed, high quality vector floor plans for EG Optimaze and EG Worksense.

Order floor plans via via Space application

The same floor plan order form is filled when you are ordering a new floor plan or ordering a change request to an existing one.

1. Log in to EG Optimaze

2. Navigate to Space application

3. Click Floor plan orders on Floors tab

4. Click New floor plan order
5. Fill in Floor plan order form (information marked with * is compulsory to fill in)
   
   1. Building & Floor:
      1. Write building and floor name
      2. If you are ordering a change request to existing building & floor, please write the names as they exist in EG Optimaze
   2. Floor plan begin date: 
      1. Select a date you want the new floor plan or changes to be active
   3. Handling time:
      1. Select Normal unless your request is Urgent
   4. Description:
      1. Add any additional information or instruction for our drawing team
   5. Attachments:
      
      1. Required format of the floor plan is DWG or good quality PDF
6. Click Save

Order floor plans via Moment application

1. Log in to EG Optimaze
2. Navigate to Moment application
3. Click Registers 
4. Click New floor plan order
5. Fill in Floor plan order form (information marked with * is compulsory to fill in)
   
   1. Building & Floor:
      1. Write building and floor name
      2. If you are ordering a change request to existing building & floor, please write the names as they exist in EG Optimaze
   2. Floor plan begin date: 
      1. Select a date you want the new floor plan or changes to be active
   3. Handling time:
      1. Select Normal unless your request is Urgent
   4. Description:
      1. Add any additional information or instruction for our drawing team
   5. Attachments:
      
      1. Required format of the floor plan is DWG or good quality PDF
6. Click Save

Following up the floor plan orders

1. To see the status of your floor plan order, open the order
2. If you have any comments or questions about the order, click Add comment
