Target rent update is used for updating the target rents of rental premises in bulk via Excel.
Opening the view
Open Administration → Updating the details from Excel → Target rent update.
The Target rent update view
The list shows the premises with their Premise type, ID, Name, Target rent and Target rent, unit price.
Export the rows with Export data to an Excel file, update the values in Excel, and import the file back with Import data from an Excel file.
