The meeting room booking functionality The Find rooms functionality in Optimaze Worksense shows only rooms that have ‘Meeting space’ as the 'Reporting type'. This article describes how to check the capacity object type’s reporting type
The workstation booking feature works only for capacity objects that have ‘Workstation’ as the ‘Reporting type’.
The data from restaurant sensors will be visible only for capacity objects that have ‘Restaurant’ as the ‘Reporting type’.
Instructions
Log in to Optimaze Portal
Go to 'Space'module
Go to 'Capacity object types' from the top navigation bar
Click ‘Edit’ next to the capacity object type
If you want the room to be visible in Find roomsfunctionality, make sure that the capacity object type has ‘Meeting space’ chosen as a ‘Reporting type’

Select a reporting type from the drop-down list and click ‘Save’
You can only change a reporting type for capacity object main type, not its subtypes
