This article describes how to check the reporting type of a capacity object type.
The meeting room booking functionality shows only rooms that have ‘Meeting space’ as the 'Reporting type'.
The workstation booking feature works only for capacity objects that have ‘Workstation’ as the ‘Reporting type’.
The data from restaurant sensors will be visible only for capacity objects that have ‘Restaurant’ as the ‘Reporting type’.
Instructions
Log in to Optimaze Portal
Go to 'Space' module
Go to 'Capacity object types' from the top navigation bar
Click ‘Edit’ next to the capacity object type
Select a reporting type from the drop-down list and click ‘Save’
You can only change a reporting type for capacity object main type, not its subtypes
