Each tenant on the agreement gets (or already has) an organisation level 6 (“Org6”) record in Moment, filed under an “Outrented” branch of the organisation hierarchy. If your company doesn’t have an Outrented branch yet, Lease creates it automatically the first time it’s needed. If a tenant tenant’s name is later renamed in Leasechanged on the Lease party register (Parties section), their existing Org6 record is renamed to match — a new record is not created. Changing the tenant’s name only on the agreement does not update the Org6 record or the Moment organisation tree; the sync is triggered only by a rename on the party register.

For every rental area and car park on the agreement, the tenant’s Org6 record is linked to that space for the agreement’s validity period (share is always 1). A few precise rules govern this:
