3. Navigate easily to your building and floor
Tap the ‘Buildings’ Buildings tab to see available buildingsthe floor plan of your default building floor. Tap a building to open up all the floors. Selecting a floor opens up the floor planname at the bottom to choose another floor or building.
4. Find available workspace
After signing in, open a floor where you would like to find an available space, such as workstation or meeting room. The floor view plan tells you whether the space is
'Unoccupied' - No one is using the workstation/room space at the moment (based on occupancy sensor data)
‘Recently occupied’ - Someone has recently been using the workstation/room space (based on occupancy sensor data)
'Occupied' - Someone currently uses the workstation/room space (based on occupancy sensor data)
'No occupancy information' - No sensors installed, but meeting room bookings or workstation booking status can be seen
- Bookable - The space is available for booking
Booked - Someone has booked the space via Worksense mobile app
Out of use -The space ‘Out of use’-The workstation cannot be used or booked, or it is in need of maintenance'Booked' - Someone has made a booking on the workstation via Worksense mobile app
5. View
Indoor Air Dataindoor air data
In the floor plan view you can choose to view indoor air data by tapping the button on the top right corner. The available indoor air data includes Temperaturetemperature, Humidity humidity & CO2 CO2 levels. The data is based on indoor air sensors.
6. Book

7. Make a service request
- Tap the resource that needs attention, such as workstation or a meeting space, on the floor plan, then tap Service request.
- If the issue is not related to a specific resource,tap the icon in the top right corner of the floor plan. Then tap the approximate location on the floor plan where the issue is.
- Select the type of the request

7. Book a workstation
What?
Booked workstations are marked on the floor plan with a ‘Booked’ icon. Bookings can be made up to seven days in advance and you can make a booking for the entire day or for part of the day.
All workstation booking are anonymous, which means that no one can see who has made the booking*.
How?
Select 'Find' to find available workstation for today or up to seven days in advance
OR… View a floor plan, select an available workstation and book it
View your current bookings under ‘Workplace’ in the menu
Cancel your booking or check the location of a workstation you have booked
You can add more bookings by selecting again ‘Find’

8. Make a service request
Select a work desk or a room from the floor plan and click ‘Service request’
