You can integrate

Optimaze

EG Worksense with a 3rd party booking system to help users quickly find available meeting spaces and create an ad-hoc booking.

Currently supported 3rd party systems are Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 or newer.

How it works

Optimaze

Worksense reads and writes the 3rd party systems booking data through APIs. Detailed information can be found under each 3rd party system in the integration section.

As we are actively developing the software there are

slight

some differences what features are available on

the mobile application and on the web application

different endpoints. Below is a table explaining the differences in features and what information can be viewed in the web application and mobile application.

Setup

  1. Setup the integration between EG Worksense and your 3rd party booking system

    1. Microsoft 365 instructions

    2. Exchange Server instructions

  2. Define bookable spaces in Optimaze Space software module. See instructions here

  3. Test the integration by creating a booking, editing a booking, and cancelling a booking from EG Worksense
