List view of employees with various sort, filter and search options, as well as the option to export to Excel. 

Search field for free text: Includes search for name, initials, mobile number, home address, etc. 

All employees are included in this list, including those that are external system users who e.g. should only be linked to a work order as assigned personnel. 

Inactive: Lists all inactive employees. It is recommended that employees who have left the company are set as inactive. Note: Executing inactive employee on all work orders, can be deleted by administrator users via the ‘Delete from [All AO] xx’ button on the employee card.


WEB users: Lists all employees who are checked off as web users. 

In this view (logged in as an administrator user), an overview of users who have not been logged in since a selected date can be shown. You find the date field 'No login since', to the right of the screen.


External users: Lists all contacts on the addressees who have been checked off as web users on the contact card. 


Note: If the deviation management is activated, this list view will indicate which role the employee has in deviation processing;

[S] - Supervisor

[A] - Administrator for a deviation type

[C] - Caseworker

[R] - Registration only

Also note that external users (contact persons at the supplier or customer) can be given access (linked to a role) to the deviation system.

Note that when filtering on a qualification (certificate) the expiry date will appear in the employee list.


: Export to grid solution that allows advanced filtering, searching , sorting option in all columns. The column order can be changed with drag&drop of the columns. Own column selector where you can deselect columns in the view using drag&drop. The list/selection can be exported to pdf or to Excel. To return to the normal list view click
