Note: What are defined as non-conformances and what non-conformances are to be registered varies from company to company, and every employee must follow their own company's guidelines.

Instructions

1. Go to the non-conformance overview and click Create new case.


2. Click the type for which you want to register a non-conformance.

Info: The type selector is displayed if this is selected in the control panel, or if the non-conformance types have differentiated field configuration. If you are in any doubt about which type to select, hover the mouse over the name of a type to view a description of the non-conformances covered by the type. If no description is displayed by hovering the mouse over the type, is it because no description has been entered for the type.



3. Complete the fields with information about the non-conformance and click Submit or Send and close the form.


Info:

  • Fields in the form marked with red asterisks are required fields, and it is not possible to submit a non-conformance until these have been completed.

  • The status of new non-conformances is defined in the control panel.

  • The module tabs for the nonconformity will only be made available when the nonconformity has been saved.


Note: If the Send e-mail uppon submission option is checked, you will then be taken to the distribution form by clicking Submit.
