Additional percentage update is used for updating the additional percentages of rent adjustments in bulk via Excel.
Opening the view
Open Administration → Updating the details from Excel → Additional percentage update.
The Additional percentage update view
The list shows the upcoming rent adjustments with their Rent adjustment, Time of rent adjustment, Additional percentage, Agreement number, Name of agreement, Agreement row name and Basic rent before the adjustment.
Export the rows with Export data to an Excel file, update the values in Excel, and import the file back with Import data from an Excel file.
