Secure Job Analysis (SJA) in the system consists of Elements, Categories, Actions, and there is also a risk assessment option (Risk and Probability). SJAs can be used on both work orders and checklists. If an SJA should be used on a job, it tends to go through several stages, from the job’s planning process to its actual execution, and in many cases, an SJA is compulsory for jobs in which risk elements could occur or are present.

Support for electronic signing on completed SJA. Executing persons (both internal and external) on the workorder can sign an already performed SJA, so that you do not have to duplicate SJA's. Note! Each performer must log to sign.

How to create elements, categories, actions, risk and probability is described in separate chapters under this chapter.

Descriptions regarding the use of SJAs on work orders and checklists can be found under the chapters for work orders and checklists.
