No.: Checklist head number, freely defined. 

Name: Checklist head name/description of what the checklist concerns. 

Type: Choose between the default types: ‘Calibration’, ‘Control’, ‘Lubrication’ and ‘Measuring’. 

Supervisor: The person selected here is the person who is responsible for the checklist and who receives feedback when a checkpoint indicates ‘Requires Action’. The checklist will be displayed in the user’s ‘My checklist’. 

Assigned  to: One person can be selected here. Several assigned personnel can be inserted when you go into the checklist in edit mode. Everyone inserted as assigned personnel will receive the checklist in ‘My checklist’. 

Estimated Working Hours: Default working hours that have been calculated for the checklist. These hours will also be shown as default/suggestion when the checklist is approved. 

Measures → WO: Means that all messages notifying action will automatically be created as work orders. 

Checkpoints labeled with QR code: Means that the QR code has to be scanned in order for the checkpoints to be marked as ‘Executed’. Note: If you want to test this function, you must log on as an ordinary user, i.e. not as an administrator. 

Auto-approve: The checklist will automatically be approved over midnight on a fixed time, after the date set in the field ‘To Date’ field. This approval process is triggered by a service set up by us. The list view of checklists indicates that this function has been turned on, with the letter [A]. Note: For checklists set up with this functionality, it will not be possible to approve the checklists manually.

Check All: This provides the option of marking off all the checkpoints in a checklist as executed, in a single operation. 

From/to date: The light bulb changes from green to yellow on From Date and from yellow to red the day after To Date. 

Frequency: Number of days between each time the checklist must be completed. 

Fixed: Uses From Date to calculate new due date. 

Date / Weekdays: If Weekdays is selected, the due date can be managed with respect to recurring jobs due on a specified day/days of the week, etc. 

History: 

Whatever is selected/inserted in these fields will be marked on the historical job which is automatically created when the checklist is approved.
