List view showing articles that have been taken out against work orders with various sort, filter and search options, as well as the option to export to Excel.
Among other things, there is a separate column for consumable value by article, with total at the bottom of the list.
Search field for free text: Includes searches for article number and article designation.
Asset search field: Search for asset number and asset name. Generates a list of articles that have been used on work orders against selected asset, including all subordinate levels, or alternatively directly against selected asset.
Separate transaction/search button that shows consumable history (work orders) for selected article, with direct access to the work orders.
Users with the required authorisation can also perform storage transactions from this list.
