The Home Page gives you a unique opportunity to quickly get a status overview of what is important to you in Maintenance. You can filter by asset structure and/or profession group, and you can choose to see 'All' or only see 'Mine'. 'My' takes into account what is set in the User profile ('My Work Orders', My Checklist' and 'Messages').

You can set up the desired screen/information elements (Widgets) by clicking the 'Widgets' button:


  • Assets: Shows the total number of active assets.


  • Work order
    • WO - Assigned: Shows the total number of work orders the logged-in user is assigned on.
    • WO - Supervisor: Shows the total number of work orders the logged-in user is supervisor (responsible) for.
    • WO – Created: Shows the total number of work orders the logged-in user has as 'Created'.
    • WO – Today: Shows the total number of work orders with status 'Today'.
    • WO – Overdue: Shows the total number of work orders with status 'Overdue'.
    • WO – Executed: Shows the total number of work orders with status 'Executed'.
    • WO - Due status: Provides an overview/bar chart of the due status (number of work orders).


  • WO [Today]
    • WO – Completed today: Provides an overview of all work orders that have been set to status 'Exceuted' today or history created today.
    • WO – Today: Provides an overview of all work orders that have the lamp status 'Today'.


  • WO [This Week]: Provides an overview of all work orders to be done this week; i.e. also those with expired status.


  • WO [Next week]: Provides an overview of all work orders that have a start date next week.


  • WO [Requires work permit]: Only available if work permit is activated in the system settings 16.1.0 System Settings. Provides an overview of all work orders with work permits that require approval/signature by you as the person responsible (on the work permit). Remember that executing personnel on the work order are not given the opportunity to sign until you, as the person in charge, have signed. 


  • WO [Status change]: Provides an overview of the work orders that require action from you or your associated group.


  • Checklists
    • Checklists – Today: Provides an overview of overdue checklists, with direct access to the checklist.
    • Checkpoints Overdue: Shows the total number of checkpoints overdue (red).
    • Checkpoints - Today: Shows the total number of checkpoints that have FromDate today.
    • Checkpoint – Today, with status 'Completed': Shows the total number of checkpoints completed/completed today.


  • Event log
    • Event log - Today: Provides an overview of incidents (new event logs) today.
    • Event log - Incident: Provides an overview of/direct access to incidents in the 'Unhandled' and 'In Progress' statuses.


  • Purchasing
    • PO - Today, Arrival registered: Shows the total number of purchase orders that have been registered as arriving today.
    • PO - Today, Purchase Order Lines - Received: Shows the total number of purchase order lines received today. Note that when you click to view the received order lines, received items that are set up as 'Not stocked' are not displayed in the list view. There is a separate check box 'Not stocked' in the list view to display these.
    • PO - Need: Provides an overview of/direct access to all needs; i.e. not those with status, ordered, confirmed or received.
    • PO - Ordered: Provides an overview of/direct access to all purchase orders in status 'Ordered' and 'Confirmed'.
    • PO - Arrival registered: Provides an overview of/direct access to all purchase orders that have been registered as arriving, and have the status ordered or confirmed.


  • Messages
    • Messages: Shows the total number of unread messages.
    • Messages - Actions: Provides an overview/access to all action messages from checklist and work orders with the statuses 'Unhandled' and 'Pending'.
    • Messages - Unread: Provides an overview of all unread messages.


  • Deviations
    • Deviations: Shows the total number of unread deviations.
    • Deviations - Unread: Provides an overview of all unread deviations.


  • Articles [For approval]: Provides an overview of all articles awaiting approval. Is only available if 'Articles (For approval) is activated in your profile; 17.0 Edit profile (The function must first be activated in the 16.1.0 System Settings).


  • Follow up: Provides an overview/access to all work orders and history jobs that have a follow-up date. The follow-up date can be removed via a separate button in this overview.


  • Yr.no: Provides an overview of weather data, e.g. from your location. Enter the Location-Id from yr.no.


If you click directly on the number in the widgets, you will directly enter the list view with this filtering.


Reorganize widgets

You can rearrange the widgets on the home page by clicking and dragging a widget.

Note! The widgets align from top to bottom, from left to right.
