You can determine the amount of time delay for the sensor to change from recently occupied to unoccupied (check Adding time delays for capacity object types ).
The default time delay is 2 hours for workstations. This allows a person using the workstation, for example, to go to a meeting or for lunch before the workstation is shown as unoccupied in EG Worksense.
