Capacity objects represent work desks, rooms or spaces in the workplace. You need to add capacity objects to a floor plan if you want to install occupancy sensors and use meeting room & seat booking feature in Optimaze Worksense.
You must first add floor plans before you can add capacity objects to a floor plan.
Instructions
You must have Space management role in Optimaze Portal.
Log in to Optimaze Portal
Go to Optimaze Space
Select a floor plan
Click ‘Edit' and ‘Capacity Objects…’ on the top navigation bar
Select capacity object type, subtype, capacity and usage type and click floor plan with your mouse on the position, where you would like the object
If you cannot find a capacity object type or subtype that you need, you can edit the types, look at instructions here
The capacity objects are automatically saved to the floor plan
Continue adding capacity objects until you are ready
Next you can install occupancy sensors to the capacity objects with Optimaze Inventory
When you make changes to capacity objects in Optimaze Space, the changes will be updated to Optimaze Worksense in 5 minutes delay.
