Our Cases provides a list of open and closed cases.
Instructions
1. Open Me by hovering over the profile icon in the top right-hand corner and click Our Cases.
2. A list of the cases your company has sent to Landax can be viewed here. Click on a case to view more details and to respond to the caseworker.
3. This page provides information about the case, with an option to upload attachments and enter a new comment.

Information about the case:
Responsible caseworker
Description of the case
Who registered the case
Status of the case
Attachments uploaded for the case. You can also upload new attachments here by clicking Select file followed by Upload chosen file.
Comments showing communication between the Landax caseworker and you. Click New comment to respond to the caseworker.
