Versions of risk events can be created that show the risk pattern for a risk event at various times, such as during the annual review or before and after actions.
Instructions
1. To create a new version, click Create new version on the right side of the page.
2. A form for the new version opens. Edit the information and click Save.
3. All versions of the risk event can be found under the History tab.
Info: It is not possible to edit versions that are history. Click the name in the What could happen? to view the version's information.
Graph
Click Show graph under the History tab to view the development of the impact and probability values and risk number.
The graph shows a visual development of the risk event's values. Select which lines are to be visible by checking and unchecking the boxes above the graph.
