New checklists are automatically available in all modules. If you want to limit availability for specific modules, click Available for selected modules.
Module name
This column shows the modules in which you can make the checklist available.
Available
Check the boxes for which modules the checklist is to be available. Enabling this option will allow you to link and enter responses in the Checklists module tab for records in the selected modules.
Separate field in the checklist
Having a separate field for the checklist for a selected module allows you to link a checklist response to a record without going via the module. The field retrieves records from the selected modules.
