Create new
1. To create a new risk assessment, click Create Assessment.
2. Enter a name and, if applicable, the department and person responsible. Click Save and close form when you are finished.
3. To create an assessment at a sub-level, click on the parent assessment and then on .
4. Enter a name and, if applicable, the department and person responsible. The parent field determines the overlying assessment. Click Save and close form when you are finished.
Edit
1. To edit an existing assessment, click on the assessment and then click on .
2. Make the desired changes and click Save and close form.
