Product Management manage their ideas in the kanban board EGU PM Ideas. An idea is created as an EPIC and is connected to the Business Project 'PM Ideas' in the current Jira Project. General ideas is created in the Jira Project 'EGU Common'
The Kanban board contains two swinlains: 'Prioritezed' and 'Anything else'.
When PM is starting to work on an idea it is moved to 'Priotitized' by setting Priotity on the EPIC to anyting else but 'Not prioritized' and a Project Manager is assigned to the idea.
The idea goes though these states:
- ToDo
- Ready
- In Progress
- Ready for review
- Done
