The JSA module is used to assess risks associated with work activities before they are carried out. In the JSA form, you can see who registered the JSA and when it was created. The form also includes fields for describing the task, identifying potential risks, and outlining measures to reduce those risks. A JSA can be linked to a project, a task, and a department. It is also possible to add participants to the JSA.
When several individuals are performing a task together, all involved parties can be added as participants, providing a clear overview of who took part in the JSA and the work activity. If needed, participants can be asked to sign the JSA to confirm that they have read and understood its content.
