You can get to checkpoint editing via the checkpoint list or via view mode.
Active: If this is deactivated, the checkpoint is marked as inactive, and will be hidden in the checklist. Note that only inactive (deactivated) checkpoints can be deleted.
Connect to PMI-schedule: This must always be used.
Connects via assets: Must not be used. (This was used in older versions). If a checkpoint is connected like this, it is indicated with this icon in the checkpoints list view.
Please contact our Support if you have checkpoints that have this activated.
Warehouse and Warehouse Location: When a checkpoint is set up as a lubrication point with a lubrication item, a warehouse and warehouse location can be defined. This warehouse location will override the warehouse location on the item.
Reset: If the ‘Weekdays’ setup is used, this button displays. Click it before changing or editing what you have created here.
+Document: Gives the option to upload or connect documents to the checkpoint. The document(s) is/are available when the checkpoint is performed.
