+Message: Create message regarding this job. 

+Document: New documents can be uploaded to the job. 

+Hours: Work hours spent on the job can be recorded later. Registration of hours can be done in both decimal format and normal format hh:mm.

E-mail [Customer]: Possibility to send e-mail to the customer with the history job as a pdf attachment. The button is only visible if the invoice functionality is activated in Maintenance.

Fast-search for article field. There will be no hits if the article number is not inserted exactly. 

Add articles: Articles/parts that were used on the job can be selected from the article register, as well as from the separate list ‘Articles attached to asset’: the asset’s parts list / bill of materials. Note: A transaction, i.e. withdrawal, can be carried out directly when articles are linked to history provided that "Reduce stock" is activated on the "Insert articles" screen.

Add personnel: Assigned personnel and/or suppliers on the job. 

Add additional costs: Miscellaneous additional costs associated with the job. 

Copy: To copy a historical job to an asset as a planned job or historical job, checking off which information you want to include. For details regarding copying historical jobs, see separate description. 

Delete: Deleting historical jobs is performed via this button. This is access-controlled. 


Related messages: A separate section that shows all related messages to the work order except for those messages that are sent automatically (sender 'AUT').

Workflow status: A separate section that shows all workflow status changes on the work order with information about time and user.

Audit trail: If this is activated in the user's 'Edit profile', a separate section is displayed with a log of various changes made to the work order.
