You can get to the copy function on the checkpoint card in view mode via a dedicated button.
Copy to: Scroll to or search for the asset to which you want to copy the checkpoint.
Number: By default, the system will suggest the next available checkpoint number for the asset in question.
Name: By default, the system will suggest the checkpoint name of the checkpoint that is being copied.
Check off if you want documents and pictures to be copied from this checkpoint. You can also check off or select checklists that this checkpoint should be linked to. Alternatively, if the checklist has not been created, this checkpoint can be linked to the checklist later.
Copy to selected assets (2): Provides the option of copying the same checkpoint to several assets at the same time by first selecting the relevant assets in the asset structure.
Note: There are also a alternative way of copying several checkpoints in one operation to selected assets, via 'Mass update' of checkpoints. To use this function you first selecting the relevant assets (Save [Checked]) in the asset structure.
