Customer

Customer validation (TFS: 168200)

Changed the validation of customer fields between Chain Web and Chain to reduce the amount of error messages created when exporting customers to Chain. This means customers will not be exported to Chain if required customer information is missing upon export.

The following new rules have been implemented:

• If Customer number trimmed from leading zeros is >= 10 length export will stop,

• If Customer number is empty or after trim it is 0, export will stop

• If postcode in address, delivery address or invoice address is empty or 0 after removing characters other than digits - export will stop

• If customer is private or employee, first name or last name must be provided,

• If customer is not private or employee, then company name must be provided.

Customer orders

Wrong amount in some customer orders (TFS: 171985)

Customer orders that were paid in POS did not get the correct total amount in the customer order, if more items were added to the order in Chain Web. This is now corrected.

General

Show error message for amount or quantity above limit (TFS: 167672)

New error message is created for when amount is higher than amount defined in parameter “TransactionTypeLimits”. The error will be shown in credit sale/customer order/InStore App, when the user changes amount or quantity.

The following messages will be shown:

• Error message for too high amount: "Amount  exceeds configured maximum limit".

• Error message for too high quantity: "Invalid quantity".

Invoices

New text on invoice regarding remaining total to pay (TFS: 170780)

Now the old  "Gjenstående"/"Remaining"  label is replaced by new text "Å betale"/ "To pay". It appears on the 'Partially Paid ' type of invoices which are created in POS and displayed in 'Chan Web' -> 'Invoices'. 

Stocktaking

Columns removed from stocktaking (TFS: 169382)

In stocktaking, of the type “Items not counted since”, the columns “Count group name” and “Count group completed” are removed, and tab Count list is hidden.

Description in Deviation tab (TFS: 169379)

When viewing within 'Stocktaking' a description which informs about Items displayed in 'Deviation Table' has been placed above 'Deviation Table'. Now the user is informed which Items are returned in the 'Deviation Table'. 

Stocktaking: items not counted should not be treated as counted (TFS: 169380)

An issue where not-counted items were treated as counted in the event that the user chooses “keep stock level” when creating a stocktaking with the option “items not counted since”. Additionally, all not counted items contain 0 in 'Counted' column which informs that they are not counted, which was confusing for the user. This has been corrected and these type of items is no longer visible in the grid if they have already been treated. Furthermore, the performance of 'Stocktaking Basis Processor' has been improved.
