Purpose
This article’s purpose is to explain what to do in case of a Timma Pay terminal is not working.
Scope
This article is applicable in case a customer calls in and has issues with their Timma Pay where it’s unresponsive, or not displaying properly.
Procedures
Check the connection of the Timma Pay by going to More → Timma Pay page and check the status. Is the terminal connected or not?
If connected, then try taking a payment for a low sum 1 Euro, 10 SEK, etc; and proceed to confirm the payment. Does the terminal display the amount? If yes, the terminal should work.
To make sure you can process the transaction and then create a refund afterwards.
