The service request functionality is optional and may not be in use in your organization.

If there is something that needs attention, such as missing or broken equipment or a messy meeting space, you can let your facility management know by sending a service request from the EG Worksense mobile app.

To send a service request:

  1. Open the EG Worksense mobile app and tap Buildings.
  2. Tap the resource that needs attention, such as workstation or a meeting space, on the floor plan, then tap Service request.
    1. If the issue is not related to a specific resource, tap the icon in the top right corner of the floor plan. Then tap the approximate location on the floor plan where the issue is.
  3. Select the type of the request, write a description and attach an optional photo.
  4. Tap Send and your request will be handled by your organization’s help desk.
