Sell Ruter tickets in web browser

There is now created a integration with POS and Ruter, that is making it possible to sell Ruter tickets in web browser. Ruter WebUI can be configured to button. 

PS: Upgrade of Chain web to version 2.10.170 is needed for configuration of button to open Ruter-WebUI.

The width for the EAN field has been readjusted to match longer EANs (EANs containing up to 14 letters are now supported).
