The views under Updating the details from Excel are used for updating agreement and premise data in bulk. Each view works the same way: export the current data with Export data to an Excel file, edit the values in Excel, and bring them back with Import data from an Excel file. The Excel importation view is used for importing whole data sets (parties, rental premises, contracts and invoices).
Open Administration → Updating the details from Excel and select a view.
