1. To edit a checklist, click the checklist in the checklist list.
2. Click Edit the checklist form.
It is not possible to edit questions that have been answered, but it is possible to add new questions to the checklist. Questions answered are marked with a lock icon.
New version
1. Create a new version of the checklist to edit questions that have been answered.
2. When you have created the new version, click Edit the checklist form (Version 2).
3. Edit the checklist and click Save and close form.
New checklist responses are created for the active version of the checklist. This must be set as the active version for responses to be created for the new version.
Info: It is not possible to delete a checklist that has responses. If a checklist is no longer to be used, it can be rendered inactive in order to remove the chances of creating new responses for it.
