You can determine the amount of time delay for the sensor to change from recently occupied to unoccupied (check Adding time delays for capacity object types ).
The default time delay is 2 hours for work seats. This allows a person using the seat, for example, to go to a meeting or for lunch before the work seat is shown as unoccupied in Optimaze Worksense.
