It is possible to create a risk event in the risk module on the basis of a non-conformance.
1. Click Risk analysis to create a new risk event.
2. Select an existing assessment or enter a name to create a new assessment and click Add.
3. The heading and description of the risk event is the same as for the non-conformance. If you classified the non-conformance before you created the risk event, the selected consequences will be included and completed in the risk event. The risk event will be linked with the non-conformance from which it was created.
