Define how many days in advance bookings can be made
To define how many days in advance users can create bookings, click Administration and Bookings. Enter the number of days under How many days in advance bookings can be made and click Save. The maximum value is 365. The value affects also resources where the booking is managed in an external system.
Delay when new day becomes bookable
By default, resources become available for advance booking at midnight. If your office is very busy and there is a risk of running out of available resources, you can delay when the resources become available for booking to a more convenient time.
To change it to later in the day, click Administration and Bookings. Select the number of hours from the dropdown under Delay when new day becomes bookable and click Save.
Web app users can book a resource for multiple dates with a single action, making it much faster to plan office visits for the whole week, for example.
To turn the feature on, click Administration and Bookings. Turn on Enable booking for multiple dates and click Save.
