You can add coworkers, customers, suppliers, and contact persons as participants. Participants can also be created directly from a JSA.
Add participant
1. To add a participant, click ‘click Select’ for for the relevant module, tick the box next boxes to the participants you want to add select participants, and click OK.
2. Click Add.

If the person you want to add is not already registered in the system, you can create a new participant directly from the JSA.
1. To create a new participant, click Create new participant on the right-hand side of the page.
2. Enter the participant’s name, email address, and mobile number, and click Create.
3. The participant will be added to the contact person register.
Signing request
The signature in the JSA serves as confirmation that all involved parties consider the content valid and that they have read and understood it.
Create a signing request
The signing request is created the first time the 'Must sign' option is selected for a participant. Once the request has been created, additional participants can be added by selecting 'Must sign' for each of them. A signing request can be created in two ways: when adding participants or To require signatures from all participants being added, select 'Must sign'. If not all participants are required to sign, you can adjust the signing requirement for each participant after they have been added.
a. To create a signing request while adding participants, tick the box in the 'Must sign' field and click Add.
b. To request signing from participants who have already been added, tick the boxes in the 'Must sign' column for those who are required to sign.

Note: Customers, suppliers, and contact persons cannot log in and digitally sign using their own accounts. However, they can provide a touchscreen signature within the app when assisted by a logged-in user. |
