You can determine the time delay for the sensor to change from recently occupied to unoccupied (check instructions here) in EG Optimaze.
For workstations, the default time delay is 2 hours. This allows a person using the workstation, for example, to go to a meeting or for lunch before the workstation is shown as unoccupied in EG Worksense.
